Cowshed launches spa in Selfridges

London may not the first place that springs to mind when you think of relaxation, but there are plenty of beautiful places to kick back and enjoy some much-needed pampering, right in the heart of the busy city. So if you need a break from the constant buzz of the capital, or want to maximise a day off work with some beauty treatments, check out our selection of the best luxury London spas.

Upon arrival each guest is offered a consultation with a personal therapist, who will help select the right treatments to suit your relaxation needs. As as if that wasn’t luxurious enough, there are also amethyst crystal steam rooms, sanitariums, and vitality pools for you to relish.
