The digitally and fashion-savvy amongst you will be familiar with #EditMe – bringing together the shopping centre’s 800+ brands and Snap Fashion’s photo recognition technology.
The microsite allows you to upload a picture of yourself or something you looking for, or simply browse SS14 trends for inspiration. In the trends shoot, you can click on hotspots next to each editorial image to find the brand, product name and availability of each product – you can even filter by price to suit your budget.
Those who upload pictures to their style board will get beauty recommendations from the Westfield team, and will be able to share their findings via Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
The project has been launched in response to researching findings that suggest many people find the volume of product available online overwhelming, and that the ability and option to edit would streamline the shopping experience.
