Victoria Beckham’s wedding tiara to be auctioned in London

Fans of Posh and Becks will soon be able to get their hands on a piece of celebrity history, as the crown that Victoria wore during their lavish wedding ceremony is to be auctioned off in London, on the 5th of December.

Back in 1999 (yes, it really was that long ago!) the Beckhams tied the knot in the celebrity wedding to end all celebrity weddings. There were thrones, there were Spice Girls and of course, there was THAT tiara. The yellow gold crown is made from 18-carat latticed yellow gold and laced with show stopping diamonds, and could be yours; if you have a spare £25,000 handy.

The piece is expected to fetch between £18,000 and £25,000 when auctioned in Bonhams in London next month.

The tiara was created by jeweler Slim Barrett. “It was made to order and was never remade, it’s a one-off,” Barrett explained. “[Victoria] liked the East of Paris collection so we took the elements she liked and worked them into something unique in diamonds and gold.”

With the festive season fast approaching, it would certainly be a conversation piece at the office party…
