Ted Baker is launching its first advertising campaign, “Paint it Ted”, in celebration of the brand’s 30-year anniversary since opening its first store in Glasgow in 1988.
The campaign showcases the brand’s best-selling wrap coats in ivory, overlaid with colourful doodles. The images will be displayed on buses, taxis, and underground stations around London.
Followers of Ted Baker are also encouraged to add their own doodles to the campaign images and tag the brand for a chance to be featured on their Instagram account.
The brand said: “It’s never easy to find the right way to mark a big milestone (especially 30 years), but Ted’s always provocative, he’s always bold, and he’s always unexpected, which is exactly why he’s immensely proud to announce the launch of his first advertising campaign.”
A “Grab Your Coat” competition will be launching alongside the campaign, with a chance of buying a limited edition ivory SANDRA wrap coat for £329. Entries to the raffle-style competition are accepted from 30 November
