The British Fashion Council has released the full schedule of this year’s London Fashion Week Festival including designer catwalk shows, industry talks, and designer shopping experiences.
The event kicks off on 20th September with catwalk shows by luxury womenswear brand Mother of Pearl, and a catwalk collection followed by industry talk from Katherine Hamnett. Bobby Abley will present his “Bobbyland” collection in collaboration with Warner Bros. on Saturday, and Sunday will see the catwalk collection of Georgia Hardinge, alongside Trend shows styled by Steve Morriss, senior fashion director of LOVE magazine.
The shopping galleries this season are curated by fashion and beauty influencer Millie Mackintosh, with a range of established and emerging designers across womenswear and accessories.
A homewares collection will also be available for the first time at London Fashion Week Festival, curated by interiors expert Erica Davies, who will also deliver a talk on how to create a home with personality.
British fashion designer Liam Hodges will launch an exclusive collection of merchandise available only at London Fashion Week Festival, in collaboration with LOW HEAT.
The Talks Gallery returns this year to cover a wide range of fashion industry topics including the late couturier Azzedine Alaïa, body positivity in the fashion industry, careers in fashion, and use of social media for fashion influencers and brands.
Tickets to the festival are available to buy online now from www.londonfashionweekfestival.com from £20. A limited edition tote bag designed by Molly Goddard is included with the Silver, Gold, and LUXE ticket packages from £45.
