‘Hello, my name is Paul Smith’ app released for iPad

From humble beginnings in a Paris hotel room in 1976 to world acclaim, no one epitomizes hard graft or the London fashion scene quite like Sir Paul Smith. His iconic witty prints, accessories and tailoring have had a star turn on the catwalks of London and Paris, and made their way into the wardrobes of the discerning and stylish around the globe.

The Nottingham-born designer is the focus of an exhibition at London’s Design Museum, which runs until 9th March 2014, exploring Smith’s unique creative intuition and the evolving roles of designer and retailer. To coincide with the exhibition, a brand new iPad app, also titled “Hello, my name is Paul Smith”, has been released offering never-before-seen access to Britain’s foremost creator.
