London designer fashion boutique Browns has designed an exclusive capsule collection in collaboration with New York streetwear brand Rome Pays Off to coincide with a retrospective exhibition of artwork by the late Jean-Michel Basquiat at The Barbican.
The collection includes ready-to-wear pieces, footwear, accessories, and a skateboard, with items ranging in price from £90 for a t-shirt to £250 for a denim jacket.
Jean-Michel Basquiat made a name for himself during the street art scene in 1980s New York and created pieces themed around issues such as modern-day poverty and injustice. He died in 1988 at the age of 27.
Basiquiat for Browns is available now at the Browns pop-up shop on South Molton Street and from the website at brownsfashion.com.
