Abercrombie & Fitch has announced the launch of a new fragrance – AUTHENTIC– inspired by the next generation of free thinkers who value authenticity, diversity, and freedom.
Just like a hoodie or pair of jeans from the brand, AUTHENTIC is designed to be like a second skin, giving the wearer the confidence to be their true and authentic self.
The AUTHENTIC man is a rule-breaker with genuine confidence, self-awareness, open-minded curiosity, and he is social not just on “social media”. The fragrance captures freshness with a twist. Top notes of grapefruit, bergamot, and black pepper blend to heart notes of ginger, clary sage, and lavender, with a lingering base of cedarwood and suede. The overall effect is a an aromatic woody fragrance with a hit of citrus that highlights the originality of the wearer.
The AUTHENTIC woman is honest and optimistic, and dedicated to living a transparent and authentic life without being labelled or defined. The woman’s fragrance is fresh, confident, and individual, with top notes of pear, mandarin, and redcurrant, heart notes of magnolia, muguet, and, nectarine, fading to a base of cedar, sandalwood, and ambrette. The effect is a strong yet feminine woody and sensual floral with a fresh spritz of citrus.
AUTHENTIC bottles have been exclusively designed for Abercrombie & Fitch from heavy glass with a magnetic metal cap, and a hand-applied fabric label. The bottle juxtaposes Abercrombie & Fitch’s 127 years of heritage with contemporary attitude.
The mens’ and womens’ fragrances are now available nationwide, priced at £29 for 30ml, £45 for 50ml, and £59 for 100ml.
