We caught up with Brigit for the latest in our ‘My London’ series.

Favourite neighbourhood:

Notting Hill as it’s so stylish, colourful and I love the many vintage shops.

Favourite place for brunch:

Bluebird in Chelsea as they have a large outdoor terrace which I enjoy in the summers.

Best coffee in London:

Tom Tom on Elizabeth Street as they offer a wide variety of coffees. And of course, Brigit’s Bakery in Covent Garden too!

Favourite gallery or museum:

The Tate Britain on Millbank. The Van Gogh exhibition is amazing.

Tell us a secret:

No I can’t because it is a secret!

Favourite place to shop:

Carnaby Street is a favourite as they offer a wide variety of fashion and lifestyle stores and nice restaurants too.

Favourite place to find inspiration:

There isn’t a particular place really as it depends of my mood – I can feel inspired anywhere really!

Best London destination for a date:

Hoping that I won’t need to find one soon but Petersham Nursery has beautiful surroundings right in the heart of Covent Garden.

Favourite park:

Greenwich is lovely. The landscape and beautiful view of London on the top of the hill is breathtaking.

Favourite food market:

Borough Market is the perfect place to go for a glass of wine with some oysters in the oyster bar.

Your sanctuary in the city:

Ecclestone Square has a private garden which is a magical quiet space within the heart of London.

What inspires you?

A song, a scent, people in the street. I find inspiration everywhere – one just has to keep their senses open.

This season I’m loving:

The new start in plants and also in life!
