Uniqlo made its way to the UK in 2003 and now has several stores in London. Uniqlo offers casual basics for men, women, and children in a rainbow of different colours. T-shirts are one of the biggest selling items and the company has collaborated several times with independent and commercial artists to produce limited edition designs.

1. Oxford Street Flagship

The large Uniqlo flagship at 311 Oxford Street is the only one in the UK that sells the full range for men, women, kids, and babies. The store was refurbished last year and opened with an additional two floors and a new roof terrace, creating a six-level retail space. It’s a 4-minute walk from both Oxford Circus and Bond Street tube stations, opposite John Lewis and House of Fraser.

Open 10am – 9pm Monday to Saturday and 12 – 6.30pm on Sunday.

2. Oxford Street

A second, smaller (but still good size) branch of Uniqlo further east on Oxford Street offers the collections for men and women only (no childrenswear). It’s right next door to H&M, with Marks & Spencer across the street and just a few steps away from Urban Outfitters, River Island, and Gap. Oxford Circus is the closest tube station – a 3-minute walk to the west. Tottenham Court Road station is also only a 4-minute walk away.

Open 10am – 9pm Monday to Saturday and 12 – 6pm on Sunday.

3. Regent Street

A well-laid out store spread over several floors that sells the collections for men and women only (no kids). It’s a bit quieter than the flagship so offers a more relaxed shopping experience if you’re just looking for men’s or womenswear. Mango and Zara are just down the road, with Superdry across the road. Piccadilly Circus station is a 3-minute walk away.

Open 10am – 8pm Monday to Saturday and 12 – 6pm on Sunday.

4. Kensington

The large Uniqlo store on Kensington High Street has men’s, women’s, and kids’ collections. It’s a nice alternative to shopping the busy Oxford street stores. It’s a 3-minute walk from Kensington High Street station, next door to Urban Outfitters and TK Maxx.

5. Westfield White City

If you’re heading to one of the large shopping centres on the edge of the city centre, Uniqlo at Westfield London offers men’s, women’s, and kids’ collections and longer opening hours than the central London branches. You’ll find it on the first floor opposite Schuh and Oasis. Westfield White City is well served by public transport and has direct access from the Shepherd’s Bush terminal.

Located on the first floor of the Westfield Stratford shopping centre, this branch offers a good selection of clothing from the men’s, women’s, and kids’ collections. It’s conveniently located next to Pull and Bear and opposite H&M. Open until 10pm on weekdays, it’s a good choice for an after-work shopping trip. Stratford station offers direct pedestrian access to the shopping centre.
