Aquascutum Factory Shop
7-8 Chatham Place, E9 6LT

This quintessential British heritage brand has an outlet just 7 minutes (by foot) from Hackney Central, easily accessible via the London Overground Line. Best for traditional staples crafted for luxury and durability.

What’s Available: Menswear, Womenswear and Accessories.


Ashford Designer Outlet
Kimberley Way, Ashford, TN24 0SD

80 stores with up to 70% off selected brands – Ashford is only 40 minutes from London and there’s even an Adventure Playground to keep the kids occupied.

Bicester Village
50 Pingle Drive, Bicester OX26 6WD

Not exactly in London but trust us, it’s worth the trip. With brands like Céline, Dior, Kenzo and Mulberry, this is arguably one of the best designer outlets in the country. Tip: Take the Shopping Express® – a luxury bus service which runs daily from hotels in Central London (90 minutes, £28/return).


Burberry Factory Shop
29-31 Chatham Place, E9 6LP

If you’re still saving up for the classic Burberry trench, this place will hopefully shorten the waiting game. With stock reduced by 50% or more, don’t be surprised if you leave with the coat of your dreams.

Clarks Factory Shop
103 – 107 Kilburn Road, NW6 6JQ

With up to 50% off in discounts and offers, the shoes here are affordable and standard Clarks quality though not always in season i.e. expect to find more boots in the summer or sandals in the winter.

Tip: They’ve got another branch at 67-83 Seven Sisters Road, N7 6BU.


53 King’s Road, SW3 1QN

Established in London by Casablanca-born designer, Joseph Ettedgui, the brand is famous for its exquisite tailoring and contemporary ready-to-wear essentials.

Discounts go up as high as 70% and expect to see items from brands like Helmut Lang and Stella McCartney.


London Designer Outlet
Wembley Park Boulevard, HA9 0RX

Whilst certainly more high street than designer, this Wembley outlet has a good range of sporty brands like Adidas, Asics, North Face and Nike.

Paul Smith Sale Shop

A little small and at times busy, this Paul Smith store in Mayfair stocks a range of samples and last season’s items. Priced between 30-50% below retail, there’s no reason not to give this place a shot.

Pringle of Scotland
86 Morning Lane, E9 6NA

Founded in 1815, this Scottish luxury knitwear brand creates iconic cashmere pieces with its signature argyle pattern. Great deals on wool scarves and classic sweaters.

Tip: Rumour has it they get deliveries in on Wednesdays.


Topshop Outlet Store
The Broadwalk Centre, Station Road, HA8 7BD

Great place if you have the time to sift through the rails of very last season items. Their jewellery section is particularly cheap and well-arranged.

Tip: Everything is Buy One Get One Free so you’ll probably want to buy in pairs!
