1. Round Casserole Dish

This iconic casserole dish is probably the item that Le Creuset is most famous for and is used in kitchens all over the world as it is so prized for it’s superior heat retention and distribution.

The casserole dish is available in various colours including the signature Volcanic colour that has been continuously popular since its debut in 1934. Other colours to choose from include Mist (grey, exclusive to Harrods), Cerise (red), Marseille Blue, Almond (cream), and Black

The cast-iron casserole dish comes in five different sizes: 20cm, 24cm, 26cm, 28cm and 30cm. Perfect for making casseroles and other one-pot dishes but also for roasting and baking perfectly risen breads and cakes.


2. Shallow Casserole Dish

This shallow casserole dish has a wide base to ensure maximum contact between the food and heat source. It’s ideal for cooking paella, pasta dishes, meat and fish. It can also be brought directly to the table as an attractive serving dish. Shallow casserole dishes are more suitable for cooking recipes that do not include a lot of liquid.

The dish is available in one of the newest colours, Mist, which is exclusive to Harrods and is a beautiful grey shade that looks amazing in modern minimalist kitchens. Other available colours include Volcanic, Cerise, Marseille Blue, and black.

It is available in either 26 or 30cm versions, to suit the number of people you usually cook for (26cm is ideal for cooking for two, while the 30cm version is more suitable for a family of four).


3. Le Creuset Tagine

The traditional tagine cooking pot has been used in North Africa for centuries to cook perfectly tender and spiced meat with very little water needed. The conical lid produces steam, which re-condenses to trickle back down over the simmering food.

This tagine is made from cast iron, which can be used on any heat source and the thick base provides superior heat dispersion and retention, ensuring perfect results on low to medium heat.

Tagines are ideal for cooking any kind of slow-cook dishes as well as traditional tagine recipes, such as curries, stews, casseroles, rice, couscous and beans.

The Le Creuset Tagine has a 30.5cm diameter and comes in two colours: Volcanic and Cerise.


4. Kone Kettle

This traditional enamelled steel stovetop kettle has a modern twist with its sleek shape. It is available in four colours (Cerise, Ivory, Satin Black, and Blue) and a non-enamelled stainless steel version is also available.

It features a whistle and a stay-cool phenolic folding handle that makes lifting and pouring easy. The heavyweight metal conducts heat evenly from the bottom to the sides of the kettle, ensuring a fast boiling time. The kettle holds 1.6 litres of water, which is the same as most electric kettles.

As with all Le Creuset enabled items, the kettle is easy to clean of any soot or limescale and can be used on ceramic, halogen, induction, gas, electric or traditional Aga-type stoves.


5. Square Grillit Pan

Any professional or enthusiastic amateur chef knows that a good quality cast iron grill pan is a must for grilling meat to sear in the flavour without drying out and the ribbed base provides the characteristic grill lines that make your food look as good as it tastes. It also works wonderfully for grilling vegetables.

This pan is also ideal for healthier cooking as the fat and oil collects in the ribbed based and can be drained away to produce a lower-fat dish.

Cast iron allows for higher surface temperature cooking and the pan is ideal for grilling, searing and frying. The pan is suitable both for use on the stovetop and under the grill. As well as the main handle, the design includes side helper handles for easier manoeuvrability.
