Danone Light & Free launches pop-up fitness classes for Londoners

London provides an exciting, fun but often hectic lifestyle. Sometimes you just need to pause, reset and relax.

Danone Light & Free are helping Londoners do just that with a series of free morning and lunchtime health sessions, running alongside an exciting new editorial series on Broadly called ‘Hit Girls’ which covers the latest fitness trends.

The first of four pop-up fitness classes takes place on the 12th July. True Grist Fitness, together with Squats & Shakes are hosting the partner workout that promises to leave participants feeling strong, lean and energised! RSVP to attend the free event here.

Other classes on offer during July and August include Yoga Studio 54 – blissful yoga to a glorious disco soundtrack and Free Flow Sensory Yoga – combining the strength and creativity of movement. Classes will take place in a tranquil airy warehouse in East London with a newly decked out urban garden.
