No Added Sugar is a home-grown designer kids’ label that has been popular in many high-end London kids clothing shops since 2007, and they’ve now opened their own boutique in fashionable Notting Hill. The collection has expanded from the original slogan T-shirts and now includes pretty vintage-inspired dresses and knitwear, printed shirts and sweet baby outfits.

Olive Loves Alfie

Olive Loves Alfie describes itself as a “family lifestyle” store and has a distinct Scandinavian feel, but with a British accent. Brands it stocks include Bobo Choses and Mini Rodini, as well as cult footwear brand Saltwater sandals. They also stock a range of kimono tops and velvet coats under their own label. As well as clothing there’s a nice selection of wooden and soft toys, activity and story books, interior decoration and homewares.

Polarn O. Pyret

This Swedish clothing label puts the emphasis on comfort and practicality with a range of clothes in fun prints and bright colours, many of which are unisex. Here you’ll find a full selection of kids clothing, suitable for all seasons and from newborn to 12 years old. There’s also a small collection of clothing for adults, just in case you want to be that family in matching stripes.
