Rankin and BodyAmr team up for Rolls Royce 100th anniversary

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the iconic car company, photographer Rankin has produced a range of 100 pictures and short films that draw inspiration from the famous Rolls Royce emblem. The ‘Spirit of Ecstasy’ project features archive pieces from luxury label BodyAmr, styled by Scott Clark.

In the images Rankin aimed to capture the “beauty and sensuality of the feminine form”, in a similar way to the classic silver female emblem seen on the front of all Rolls Royce cars. Various different models took part in the project, with the first being Rankin’s wife and supermodel Tuuli Shipster.

Stylist for the shoot, Scott Clark, chose to feature BodyAmr archive pieces throughout the shoot, selecting the Gianmarco Lorenzi for BodyAmr autumn/winter 2011 fringed boots for the first released image.
