Exciting news comes our way with an announcement from The Business of Fashion that Natalie Massenet, the founder of NET-A-PORTER is to rumoured to be the next chairman of the British Fashion Council. She will be replacing Harold Tillman and is said to be starting the role next year. If the rumours are true she will be carrying on from the huge success of previous leadership. Burberry returned to the schedule, London Fashion Week was more of a success than ever and major sponsor relationships were made with the likes of Vodafone, Vogue, Elle and Toni&Guy.
We think Massenet with her entrepreneurial spirit and fashion know-how would be a prime candidate for the role and leave the BFC in very capable hands, do you?
