Mulberry has collaborated with video art channel Nowness to produce a new video featuring Lady Rose Cholmondeley at her home Houghton Hall, amongst Damien Hirst’s exhibition of paintings and sculptures.
The film directed by Stella Scott depicts Lady Rose, the 7th Marchioness, wearing pieces from Mulberry’s Autumn Winter ’18 collection, including the new Leighton bag.
Hirst’s contemporary works are juxtaposed against the historic backdrop of Houghton Hall, which houses portraits and furnishings from the 17th century.
Houghton Hall has been home to the Cholmondeley family for generations, who have a history of supporting the arts and are passionate about making contemporary art accessible to a wider audience.
The Damien Hirst exhibition “Colour Space Paintings and Outdoor Sculptures” will be on display at Houghton Hall until 15 July 2018.
