The walkway leading up to the Stratford’s Olympic Stadium will without a doubt be one of the most walked upon pathways next year when the games get into full swing. With this in mind luxury brand Mulberry and department store Harvey Nichols are said to be in talks to take prime positioned units along the walkway, bringing the best of British fashion to the London sporting venue.

Owners of the Westfield shopping centre, which sits opposite the Olympic Park in Stratford, are said to be keen to make the area leading up to the stadium ‘more upmarket’. Talks are reportedly going under way with Mulberry about opening up shop along the walkway, as well as a beauty-only concept store with Harvey Nichols called ‘Beauty Bazzar’.

American lingerie chain Victoria’s Secret has already signed up, as well as Lacoste, Hugo Boss and Topshop.
