Supermodel Kate Moss has defied her British roots by landing a wedding spread in US Vogue’s September issue. The most talked about issue of the year will play host to Kate’s wedding pictures, details of the day and a rumoured cover shot of the bride.
Kate is set to wed her long-term boyfriend Jamie Hince this Friday at her Cotswolds pad, with the wedding snaps being taken by legendary fashion photographer Mario Testino, who is a Vogue regular and the man responsible for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding photos.
The biggest mystery surrounding the ceremony is Kate’s dress designer of choice. It was previously announced that close friend John Galliano would be responsible for her nuptial gown, however the designer has since been sacked from Dior and his own label over accusations of public insult, and has checked into rehab in America. Even more of a reason the US Vogue feature will be an interesting one.
British newspaper The Sun managed to get hold of the couple’s wedding list, which is said to include 14 luxury ashtrays, a £6,600 silk rug and a £19.50 rabbit shaped jelly mould.
