Mr Karl Lagerfeld is about to embark on another fashion venture outside of his world of Fendi and Chanel, launching his own name collection. Karl by Karl Lagerfeld is a more affordable luxury range, with strong rock and roll influences, set to take over stores worldwide and the online market.
On 25th January Karl’s 100 piece women’s line will launch on net-a-porter.com via an exclusive global distribution partnership, with sales on karllagerfeld.com to start on 28th February.
The quirky fashion big wig is set to launch his Karl line during Paris Couture Week in style, also unveiling plans for several flagship stores and pop-up shops worldwide.
Speaking of his new collection, Karl said: “It’s my today’s taste and style and a reflection of how I think a great number of people would like to be dressed now.” We’re expecting good things from Unkle Karl, particularly for the more affordable price of around 60 to 300 Euros.
