Jacamo launches its search for new male model

Men’s clothing retailer Jacamo has launched a search for a new male model to show off its latest range of on-trend items for taller and larger men.

The bringing them clothes that look great and fit well straight to their door, without the stress of parking and queuing.

Now the one-stop clothes shop is on the hunt for a model to demonstrate that it has clothes for all needs, whatever the style, size or budget. Jacamo wants to find a guy who looks good in a range of outfits and has launched The Jacamo Model Search.

Budding models can enter by visiting the special Facebook page at www.facebook.co.uk/jacamouk to upload their photo and provide their vital statistics. The competition is open to men aged between 18 and 40, who are 5ft 11ins or taller and have a waist of 34ins or larger.

If you think you have what it takes to become Britain’s next male model, or reckon your partner, brother or friend would look great on the catwalk, then make a move. Jacamo wants to find someone whose good looks and great personality make them stand out from the crowd – so get to the website and show what you are made of.

Entries must be submitted by 5pm on August 9th. Jacamo’s judging panel will select its shortlist and people will also be able to select one person as the “People’s Choice” entrant by voting on the Facebook page from August 12th. Finalist swill be invited to attend a casting day in Manchester and the winner will be chosen following interviews and photo shoots on this day.

The winning model will take part in a Jacamo and Sunday Mirror photoshoot, and could be on their way to a new career.
