Model and rock royalty descendant Georgia May Jagger has teamed up with denim brand Hudson to create a capsule collection of jeans.
The daughter of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall is now starring in her third advertising campaign for Hudson Jeans and has helped developed new exclusive stretch-denim fabrics for the range. She lists her inspirations as the Wrangler jeans worn by her mum in the 70s and rock bands such as Guns N’ Roses.
The new capsule collection consists of five styles in black, white grey and blue washes, which all have skinny leg openings. They will also have a mid rise to fit a range of body types.
Hudson Jeans seem to be happy with their new designer, telling WWD, “She encapsulates the Hudson consumer with her London edge and laid-back Los Angeles ease. She is effortlessly stylish and cool. Her capsule collection embodies the flair and sexy insouciance of rock ’n’ roll chic.”
Georgia will attend the launch on March 17th at American department store Neiman Marcus.
