It’s here – the cover you’ve all been waiting for – Kate Moss for US Vogue’s September issue, which is also the coveted issue that contains her star-studded wedding pictures. Along with the wedding snaps, Vogue.com have revealed a mixture of personal snaps from Terry Richardson of wedding guests and the beautiful scenic setting. However, for the mystical cover Moss was shot by friend and Vogue legend Mario Testino.
Inside the issue fans will get a first look at non-paparazzi shots of her John Galliano wedding dress, as photographed by friend Terry Richardson. As well as the snaps, Kate speaks out about the inspiration behind her glamorous wedding, most strangely her admiration for gypsies. “I am so romantic about Gypsies,” she said. “You can’t believe the dresses. They’re like blinging butterflies times ten; they can’t move down the aisle! It’s so genius.”
Luckily her wedding wasn’t all pink candyfloss dresses and Hummer limos, instead it fitted her desired style. “I wanted it to be kind of dreamy and 1920s, when everything is soft-focus. That light and that kind of fun decadence. It’s rock-‘n’-roll Great Gatsby!” she said.
